Hi! My name is Gonçalo, best known for "Caré" (that is one of my surname). That's why my brand is called "Caré Photography".

I am passionate about several things, one of them is photography. Since I was a child I have always liked photography, and this passion has always grown.
Adding to that, I love to travel. And the two together create the perfect mix to discover new places, new landscapes, new cultures, new experiences and increase my photography experience and portfolio.

I started, like most people, to photograph with a point and shoot of my parents. Then, when I was younger, I was given my first camera: Canon Powershot sx540 hs.
After that, I went to a Nikon DSLR with some lenses.

At the moment, I have a Sony a6400 (mirrorless).
In conjunction with it, I have 2 lenses:

• Sony E 18-135mm F3.5-5.6 OSS | SEL18135
• Sony E 50 mm F1.8 OSS | SEL50F18
• Sigma 100-400

As I also like to invest in other types of equipment for other types of photography, I carry it with me as well:

• GoPro HERO5 Black
• DJI Mini 2
